Demolition has been completed and the site is clear.

In preparation for Cobild starting construction early next year the parts of the existing buildings that are not being retained for their Heritage Significance have been demolished.

The site is now clear for Cobild to take possession of and begin site works.  Excavation and basement works will commence early in 2023 with the first above ground works expected around June next year.
